We only use proven brands and styles of products and do not change our materials based on what sale the pump suppliers are running this week. We have proven products that are known to last. It is not uncommon for us to pull a pump that goes out after operating over 40 years with the brand of motors and controls we choose to use that are installed with the proper methods. One crucial piece that helps us accomplish this is only using Franklin Tri-seal 3-wire pumps with grounds securely attached. We rarely have equipment failure under warranty. However, if any of our equipment fails under warranty, unlike other companies or industries, you do not pay for service calls or labor. It is ALL covered. The bottom line of warranty is: Warranty is only as good as the integrity of the person standing behind it.
